Inspire & Bloom provides intensive, in-home ABA therapy and behavioral support for children ages 0–14 navigating autism and developmental differences. We deliver evidence-based interventions directly within your child's natural environment, establishing structured routines that build lasting skill generalization and foster a true partnership with your family.
Individualized behavior intervention plans delivered in-home by trained RBTs under BCBA supervision. Focused on meaningful, lasting skill development.
Specialized services for children ages 0–3. Early intensive intervention produces the strongest outcomes — we prioritize access for the youngest learners.
Structured parent and caregiver coaching so strategies learned in sessions generalize throughout your child's entire day — at home, school, and in the community.
Inspire & Bloom was founded on a simple belief: every child deserves high-quality behavioral support, and every family deserves a true partner in their child's growth.
Inspire & Bloom, LLC is a behavioral and developmental services practice serving children ages 0–14 in Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Riverbank, Oakdale, and the surrounding communities of Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties.
We began with in-home services because we believe the home is often the most powerful therapy environment — where skills are learned, generalized, and lived. For families in outlying communities who have historically driven 20–40 minutes to reach an ABA center, we offer something different: we come to you.
We are owned and operated by Michael Morgan (Managing Member) and co-managed by Olivia Morgan — a family-led practice with deep roots in this community and an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, transparency, and family partnership.
Michael oversees the financial governance and long-term vision of Inspire & Bloom, ensuring structural accountability and a mission-driven foundation for the practice.
Olivia directs day-to-day business operations, client relations, and strategic growth. As the primary decision-maker, she ensures that operational execution remains seamless, legally compliant, and deeply partner-focused.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for autism spectrum disorder and other developmental conditions. ABA uses systematic teaching methods and positive reinforcement to help children develop communication, social, self-care, and learning skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Yes — for many children, in-home ABA is equally or more effective because skills are taught in the environment where they are actually used. This promotes faster generalization and reduces the need for skills to "transfer" from a clinic to real life. The home setting also allows caregivers to actively participate in sessions.
Not always. Through VMRC (Valley Mountain Regional Center), children with developmental delays may qualify for services before or without a formal ASD diagnosis. For insurance-funded ABA, a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder is typically required. We can help guide you through the process — contact us to discuss your child's specific situation.
We will soon accept VMRC (Valley Mountain Regional Center), Medi-Cal managed care plans including HPSJ and Health Net, and commercial insurance including Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California. Private pay options are also available. Contact us to verify your specific coverage.
Start by completing our contact form or calling our office. Our intake team will verify your insurance or VMRC authorization, schedule an initial assessment with our BCBA, and walk you through the entire onboarding process. We aim to make the start of services as smooth and clear as possible for your family.
Every service we provide is grounded in evidence-based ABA methodology, supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and designed around your child's unique needs and goals.
Individualized ABA sessions delivered in your home by trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supervised closely by a BCBA. Sessions are scheduled Monday–Friday with consistent, structured hours to support your child's routine.
