Built by a family,
for families.

Inspire & Bloom was founded on a simple belief: every child deserves high-quality behavioral support, and every family deserves a true partner in their child's growth.

Inspire & Bloom
Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties Serving the Central Valley and Surrounding Communities

Parents first.
Partners always.

Our agency was born out of a deeply personal journey; as parents of a child who received ABA services, we have experienced firsthand the transformative power of high-quality, compassionate care. Having served in executive leadership and Human Resources roles within the ABA industry, we recognized the need for an agency that truly bridges the gap between clinical excellence and the families we serve in our community.

We founded Inspire & Bloom to be that bridge — partnering with expert clinical staff to deliver evidence-based care rooted in empathy, transparency, and a parent's unique perspective.

Our Core Values

Growth Mindset

Every child can make meaningful progress. We celebrate every milestone, no matter the size.

True Partnership

Clinical outcomes require operational alignment. At Inspire & Bloom, families are never bystanders—you are essential advocates and active partners in your child's behavioral programming. True partnership means working hand-in-hand with our clinical team to master caregiver strategies, implement consistent home protocols, and maintain the daily data routines necessary for your child's measurable progress.

Data-Driven Care

Treatment decisions are guided by objective data, regular program reviews, and evidence-based ABA methodology.

Compassion First

Clinical expertise matters — but so does warmth, patience, and genuine care for each child and family we serve.

What families often ask

What is ABA therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for autism spectrum disorder and other developmental conditions. ABA uses systematic teaching methods and positive reinforcement to help children develop communication, social, self-care, and learning skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Is in-home ABA as effective as center-based?

Yes — for many children, in-home ABA is equally or more effective because skills are taught in the environment where they are actually used. This promotes faster generalization and reduces the need for skills to "transfer" from a clinic to real life. The home setting also allows caregivers to actively participate in sessions.

Does my child need an autism diagnosis to receive services?

Not always. Through VMRC (Valley Mountain Regional Center), children with developmental delays may qualify for services before or without a formal ASD diagnosis. For insurance-funded ABA, a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder is typically required. We can help guide you through the process — contact us to discuss your child's specific situation.

What payers and insurance do you accept?

We will soon accept VMRC (Valley Mountain Regional Center), Medi-Cal managed care plans including HPSJ and Health Net, and commercial insurance including Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California. Private pay options are also available. Contact us to verify your specific coverage.

How do I get started?

Start by completing our contact form or calling our office. Our intake team will verify your insurance or VMRC authorization, schedule an initial assessment with our BCBA, and walk you through the entire onboarding process. We aim to make the start of services as smooth and clear as possible for your family.

Intake FAQ

Is in-home ABA as effective as center-based?

Yes, because it targets behaviors in the natural environment where they actually occur, allowing for faster skill generalization without forcing a child to adapt to an unfamiliar center environment.

Does my child need an autism diagnosis to receive services?

While ABA techniques benefit many developmental differences, most commercial insurance providers require a formal Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis to authorize coverage for comprehensive ABA therapy.

What payers and insurance do you accept?

We are actively expanding our insurance network and accept regional funding through VMRC (Valley Mountain Regional Center), alongside major commercial plans including Anthem, Blue Shield, Kaiser, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and TRICARE West. Contact our intake team for a complimentary coverage verification.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a compassionate, inclusive environment that empowers families to envision and achieve a brighter future through clarity, connection, and growth. We achieve this by utilizing evidence-based practices to foster learning that works toward maximum independence. By intentionally offering and fading support, we help our clients and families build stronger relationships and achieve a greater quality of life.

These aren't aspirations. They're the standard we hold ourselves to every day — in every session, every conversation, and every decision.
